123Guestbook was a guestbook host for webmasters that ran from 2005-2024. I began using 123Guestbook in March 28th, 2023, and their services have shutdown on July 1st, 2024. Unfortunately, many neocities users have used 123Guestbook, and will need to update their webpages to accomodate a new guestbook host, or archive their guestbooks before the shutdown date.
